Evaluation and presentation of certificates to Peace Ambassadors Club members at Sankore Senior School. Other members in the picture are: Headmaster and Assistant of Sankore Senior School & the Ahafo Regional Peace Council Staff,

This is a final phase of a youth capacity building project on violent extremism supported by the Commonwealth of Nations, UK. It involved the formation and inauguration of the Club, training and other interactive activities on peace which all took place last year and now being concluded with the evaluation and presentation of certificates. In all, a total of 50 students (25 boys and 25 girls) benefited. 30 participants out of the 50 are final year students while the remaining are second and first year students.
After this phase, the remaining 20 will form core members of the Club who will work with the patron to organize more students to become part of the Club which we have planned to institutionalize and replicate in all interested SHSs and Vocational Schools in the Ahafo region depending on availability of support.
