CAPACITY BUILDING WORKSHOP WITH CENTRAL REGION FISHERFOLKS AT KEEA ASSEMBLY HALL, ELMINA ON 22ND NOVEMBER 2022
The Central Regional Peace Council (CRPC), with financial and technical support from the Danish Embassy, organised a one-day capacity-building workshop for the fisherfolks in the region. In their quest to strengthen capacities for conflict prevention, management, and resolution and to build sustainable peace in the region, organized a one-day capacity-building engagement for fisher folks in Elmina. The workshop aimed at equipping fishermen in the region with capacities for countering violent extremism, conflict prevention, and building peace strategies. The workshop enlightened the participants to resort to non-violent and peaceful means of resolving conflict at the workplace. Below is a photograph of the participants.
