The Gender Unit of the National Peace Council commemorated the 2024 International Womens Day with students of the Accra Wesley Girls Senior High School under the theme “Inspire Inclusion”.
The Head of the Gender Unit, Ms Semefa Asimenu urged the young girls to inspire others to understand and value women’s inclusion to forge a better world.
She reiterated that when women themselves are inspired to be included, there’s a sense of belonging, relevance, and empowerment.
“Collectively, let’s forge a more inclusive world for women”She added.
