Members and staff of the Greater Accra Regional Peace Council (GARPC) paid a courtesy visit to the Hon. Linda Akweley Ocloo, Greater Accra Regional Minister, at the GARCC Board Room. Led by Rt. Rev. Samuel Kofi Osabutey, Chairman of GARPC, the team discussed key peace and security concerns including:

• Funding support for peace initiatives
• Rising violence in second cycle institutions
• The Council’s role in managing the ban on drumming and noise-making

The Regional Minister commended the Council’s ongoing efforts and reaffirmed her commitment to collaborate in advancing peace and stability across the region.
