Dr. Abubakar Umar Alhassan is a Senior Public Servant, a Researcher in the areas of Leadership, Knowledge and Performance Management, Part-Time Lecturer, Management Consultant and Volunteer & Social Entrepreneur.

He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from London Bridge Business School, and currently a PhD Candidate at Lincoln University College Malaysia. He has two Master’s Degree from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology – KNUST (Master of Philosophy – MPhil and Master of Business Administration – MBA).

Dr Alhassan is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (CIHRM) Ghana, Chartered Institute of Management Consultants Ghana and a Distinguished Fellow of African Institute of Public Administration (AIPA).

As a Volunteer and Social Entrepreneur, Dr Alhassan was a Project Coordinator (2010 – 2017) for the African Collegiate Entrepreneurs (Ghana), Project of Torch Bearers Diaspora (US-based NGO) and Facilitating Educational Development Projects in Deprived Communities.
