Numo Blafo Akotia Omaetu III is the President of the GaDangme Council of Wulomɛi (Chief Priests), and the Head of Public Affairs Unit of the Traditional Medicine Practice Council (TMPC).

He is a former member of the Greater Accra Regional Peace Council. Numo Blafo has a Future Leader Award to his credentials by the Imani Center for Policy and Education.

He holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from GIMPA; a Professional Executive Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution (PECADR) from Paralegal Training and Leadership Studies.

He holds a degree in Communication Studies (Public Relations Option) from the Ghana Institute of Journalism (GIJ) and an advanced Executive Certificate in Project Management.
