The National Peace Council (NPC), led by the Executive Secretary (ES), Dr. George Amoh, and Senior Management of staff called His Excellency Park Kyongsig, Ambassador of the Republic of Korea & Head of Mission, with Mr. Moon Dongkyu, Minister Counsellor & Deputy Head of Mission on Tuesday 25^th February 2025, at the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Accra.

The meeting touched on the contributions of the Embassy to the work of the NPC as well as explored new areas for collaboration in sustaining the peace and stability of the country.

Discussions during the meeting explored areas for capacity building and areas for sustainable peace in the country.

The visit which forms part of the NPC’s broader post-election engagements with key stakeholders, was attended by Mr. Frank Wilson Bodza, Deputy Director for Conflict Management and Resolution; Madam Janet Sarney Kumah, Director, Capacity Development and Outreach; Mr. Alexander Koomson, Deputy Director, Research, Monitoring and Evaluation and Madam Rita Benewah Yali, Deputy Director Administration & Human Resources.
