Key Highlights from the Presentation
The Regional Executive Secretary framed his message around the concept of investment and returns. He explained that violence and dishonesty create instability, making classrooms tense and unproductive, ultimately affecting academic performance.
He noted that when trust is broken among students, collaboration becomes difficult, group work suffers, and the overall learning environment is weakened. He emphasized that reputation is a valuable form of currency, both in school and in future professional life.
He further explained that a peaceful and respectful environment allows ideas to flow freely, encourages cooperation, and enhances learning outcomes. By practicing negotiation, patience, and integrity, students not only protect their future careers but also contribute to a positive academic atmosphere.
He concluded by stressing that peaceful coexistence is a shared responsibility, essential for safeguarding the school’s credibility and ensuring collective success.

The programme brought together the Volta Regional Peace Council, school authorities, teaching staff, and student leaders of Keta Business College, reinforcing a shared commitment to promoting integrity, discipline, and peaceful coexistence within the institution.
