Rita Benewah Yali is Deputy Director, Administration and Human Resource Management of the National Peace Council (NPC). She is responsible for the effective planning, coordination and control of the Human Resource and Administrative functions. Her role includes Recruitment, Training and Development, Performance Management, Disciplinary and Grievance Management and Administration to support NPC in achieving its strategic objectives.

Rita is a bilingual Human Resource Management Professional with over years twelve (12) years of experience in Administration and Human Resource Management. She worked with Sylva Spare Plus Co. Ltd., Healthilife Beverages Ltd., BIVAC International Ghana Ltd., in different capacities.

She holds Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Cape Coast, Human Resource Management Option and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and French from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.

Rita also has Diplôme en Langue Française from L’Université d’Abomey Calavi and Diplôme d’Etudes en Langue Française (DELF) 2^nd Degré from République Française Ministère de L’Education Nationale, De L’ Enseignement Supérieur et de la Recherche.
